From round to square practically in one single move: the new cold rolling mill for small square-edged panels recently put into operation by Rodacciai allows you to deform the wire rod and the rolled laminate when cold to achieve square profiles from cylindrical bars, without drawing or annealing.

However, the recently introduced innovations at Rodacciai don't stop here: the installation of two new Danieli belts for higher productivity wire drawing actually allow high production speeds to be reached - up to one bar per second.

These and other interventions are part of the continuous technological upgrading, one of the principles constantly followed by Rodacciai in order to maintain the production at the highest levels of efficiency:  here are therefore further important steps towards the optimization of production and towards the ability to respond ever more efficiently and accurately to requests and orders from customers.
